View All or Show Less List Pagination

Instead of traditional pagination that shows the same amount of items each time you click a load more button, this is a manual approach to start with a fixed number of items, then click a “show all” button that shows all remaining items.

This toggles the height of each item multiplied by number of items you want to show, then sets height of wrapper to that result while the wrapper also is overflow: hidden.
