Sites that stopped us mid-scroll

TLDR

Eight Webflow sites worth scrolling slowly, from a Paris tour brand to an F1 driver's Three.js site, with the tools each one lists so you can study how it was built.

Which sites are worth studying for scroll design? We pulled eight from the directory, and the useful thing they share is on the tag line: all eight are built in Webflow, and seven of them list GSAP.

Each entry lists the platforms the site was built with, which gives you a starting point when you want to see how a page was made.

Scroll-driven stories

Kudanil Explorer sells a private expedition yacht that sails Indonesia's 17,000 islands, including Komodo and Raja Ampat. It is tagged Scrollytelling, so the page is meant to be read by scrolling, with the route and the boat unfolding as you go. Konpo Studio made it, and it lists Webflow and GSAP.

Paris by Emily books official Emily in Paris experiences: walking tours, croissant and macaron workshops, and Seine cruises from €48. It is the only site in the set that lists Osmo next to Webflow and GSAP, so it is a good one to open if you are curious how those three fit together on a landing page.

3D and motion in the browser

Lando Norris is the personal site of the F1 driver, built by Off Brand. It shows 2025 Grand Prix results, pole positions, podium finishes and career statistics. It is also the only site here that lists Three.js, the library for 3D in the browser, alongside Webflow and GSAP.

Arqui9 is a London agency for architectural visualisation, animation and immersive content, made by N4 Studio. It carries the 3D tag, and it lists Webflow and GSAP. The work it sells is 3D, so the site is a case where the portfolio and the brief are the same thing.

Studios and builders

Konpo Studio describes itself as an award-winning software design team doing branding, websites, products and systems for startups and Fortune 500 companies. It is the same studio behind Kudanil Explorer, so you can compare how it presents its own work against a client project.

Arc is a site for architectural builders who construct timber-rich projects, made by Kyle Craven with Webflow and GSAP. 1820 Productions is a Dallas video production company, made by Carter Ogunsola, also on Webflow and GSAP, and tagged Award Winning. Both are portfolios, so they show how a site can give the work most of the space.

A hotel with no animation library listed

Pulso Hotel is a hotel in Faria Lima, São Paulo, that brings together art, design, food and wellbeing. It is the one site in the set that lists only Webflow, with no GSAP. That is worth noticing if you assume every polished scroll experience needs a library on top.

How to learn from a site you like

Open the page and scroll slowly. Then check the platform list on its directory page, because that tells you whether you are looking at Webflow's own interactions, GSAP, or something like Three.js.

Where the directory only lists the tools, the exact technique is something to find out yourself. The listing does not tell you how any one effect was built, so the browser's inspector is where that answer lives.
