Show a Preloader Only Once Per Day

Hide a preloader after its been seen once in a 24 hours (1 day) period of time by storing its status in local storage to ensure it works for even users who have cookie blockers enabled.

Be sure to update the ID used in the 'preloaderElement' variable to the ID used on your own element. You can also adjust the amount of time the element should be shown again by changing the milliseconds calculation in the 'waitTime' variable.
